LAUGH OUT LOUD!

IT'S NATIONAL HUMOR MONTH

Sometimes laughter really is the best medicine. This month, check out a
comedy club, watch a funny movie or get together with friends and
share some laughs.  Find the funny, it does a body good.

What do you call a dog with no legs?  Doesn't matter, he ain't coming anyway.
What do you get when you cross the godfather with a lawyer?  An offer you can't understand.
He who laughs last, didn't get it.
You know you're stressed out when you can hear Mimes.
After twelve years of therapy my psychiatrist said something that brought tears to
my eyes. He said, "No hablo ingles."

LET'S SHAKE IT UP!

Summer will be here in a flash.  I don't know about all of you but I've been putting off my workouts for way too long.  In the last few months, I've driven by the gym, waved at the building in passing and even snickered at it a few times in rebellious delight.  But now I must get moving.  Every time I even think about bathing suit season, I break out in hives.

If you'd also like to get in shape for summer but liken exercise to legalized torture, fear not!  There's help for us exercise haters.  Instead of heading to the nearest Coldstone's ice cream shop, like I normally do, I searched for more productive (though, not as tasty) ways to get over my workout woes.

Here are a few sites I found for inspiration and motivation.  Enjoy!

SPREAD THE WORD
Ashley Taylor is 35, single, and fed up with trying to find Mr. Right.  She has a secret plan to become a mother.

But Clara, her overbearing and meddling mother, has her own ideas.  Sparks fly, in more ways than one, in this romantic comedy novel.
